Yes you can move contrast week but do week 5 workouts for week 8 as we can no longer unlock workouts in advance for you.

I allow for 2/3 alcoholic drinks on a weekend and fit it within my calories, but always seem to put on weight. It's gone again in 2/3 days, why does it happen?
Remember that weight doesn't always mean fat. The likely answer is that the alcohol consumption has caused temporary fluid retention and thats why you're seeing the extra weight.
