Other drinks that could contribute to your daily intake could be:
- Decaffeinated hot drinks
- Smoothies made with water
- Protein shake with water
Caffeinated drinks do not count because they act as a diuretic.
Obviously, we advise getting into the habit of drinking pure water because a hydrated body burns more fat! You could always add fruit for some flavour if you're not keen on the taste of water on its own.
