What is the best way to approach limited food choices when away?
- Have another look at the portion control guidelines from the video in week 2 linked here
- Make sure you get your veg and protein in at every meal (e.g. chicken with potatoes and veg over a creamy lasagna)
- Take back-up protein (e.g bars or powder) and 'veg' (e.g. multivitamins)
- Stick to water/tea/coffee
- Limit alcohol or cut it out completely for the best results
