No - we advise that you focus on the week ahead of you and ensure you complete all of those workouts. It's a better mindset than trying to “make up” for past mistakes (as that doesn’t really work).
Also, giving yourself the option to "make up" for missed sessions means you are more likely to let yourself off if you're tired or not feeling it and justify it by saying you'll make it up next week. Then what tends to happen is you'll end up with a build up and need to complete 10 sessions in a week (which isn't fun!).
