Firstly, you need to put in a support ticket to us and change your contrast week to the week you'll be away. Then instead of having to work out in a gym, you can do other things (e.g. swimming, cycling, classes) - remember that they should be the same amount of workouts and the duration should be about the same.
In terms of diet, it is key to remember that you CAN control your diet whilst you're away - out of out 2000 women in TRINITY 80%+ have managed this!
It’s a mindset thing and if you are struggling it usually comes down to these thoughts:
a. I can’t control myself whilst on holiday
b. I don’t need to control myself whilst on holiday
c. I deserve to eat whatever I want on holiday
