There are various reasons that your weight and measurements would stay the same:
- It is likely that your metabolism is slower than anticipated - although we are usually accurate, sometimes out estimates are out slightly. Send a support ticket and we will adjust this diet plan for you.
- You've built muscle in place of fat (muscle weighs more), the scale wouldn't be able to recognise it.
In terms of introducing more cardio, this would not improve your results as it would work towards slower your metabolism - something we are trying to increase.
The amount of workouts we give you are plenty to give you the calorie burn, muscle increase and recovery time you will need to get results.
